This policy covers fire.co, our public marketing website. Our products — Fire Wallet, Fire Invoice, Fire Payroll — have their own privacy policies that cover the data they handle. This policy covers only your interaction with this website.

What we collect

Contact form submissions. If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard request data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are used for security monitoring and are not analyzed for marketing purposes. We do not run any third-party analytics.

That is it. We do not use cookies. We do not use tracking pixels. We do not run Google Analytics or any other analytics service. We do not fingerprint your browser. We do not serve ads or share data with advertisers.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for any purpose. We do not build profiles of our visitors. We do not use your data for advertising or retargeting.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate this website:

• Fly.io — web hosting. Fly.io processes server requests on our behalf. Their infrastructure is US-based.
• Cloudflare — DNS and CDN. Cloudflare routes traffic to our servers and provides DDoS protection.

We do not embed third-party scripts, social media widgets, or tracking services on this site.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention period.

Your rights

You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@fire.co. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your personal data. Contact us at hello@fire.co to exercise these rights.

Children
